This Italian vodka is five times distilled from the best grains and grapes selected from Friuli, an area famous throughout the world for its quality white wines, creating a spirit with a unique origin and delicacy. The distillate is brought to 40 percent alcohol by the addition of crystalline water of the Dolomites, and then filtered through active carbon to obtain a level of absolute purity. | I Spirit Vodka debuted in 2009 by three Italian friends: Arrigo Cipriani of Harry's Bar, the enterprising Lapo Elkann (entrepreneur from the Fiat family) and wine producer Marco Fantinel. Bartender Giuseppe Cipriani, considered a founder of cocktail culture, founded Harry's Bar in 1931 that was patron to boasted luminaries such as Hemingway and a landmark in Venice. I Spirit Vodka pays homage to the history and culture of Harry's Bar and the city of Venice while making use of the knowledge and innovative spirit of Arrigo, Lapo and Marco. I Spirit Vodka is made using the highest quality Italian wheat along with grapes from Friuli and Veneto. It is distilled five times using pure water from the Dolomites and then bottled. The I Spirit Vodka bottle is meant to replicate that which was used at Harry's Bar in the 1930s. |
