What is NationwideLiquor? is a one stop shop for delivery nationwide for liquor and beer from around the world!  We specialize in delivering the perfect bottle for all types of occasions including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and holidays.  We will also include a gift note at no extra charge should you wish to include one with your order.  

What states do you ship to? Do you ship internationally?

We ship Nationwide!  No we don't ship outside the U.S.

What kind of products do you sell?

We have an amazing selection of Whisky, Bourbon, Tequila, Rum, Vodka, Wine, Beer and much more.  

What type of payments do you accept?

We take credit cards or paypal.

Do we offer refunds?

Per regulations we can't accept refunds once you sign for delivery.  

When is my order shipped?

Once you place your order, we need 1-2 days to process, pick and pack the bottle(s) for safe delivery.  When it leaves the warehouse, we will email you a tracking number (be sure to check your spam/junk/bulk folders as emails sometimes land there.).  Ground shipping takes 5-7 business days after leaving the warehouse, unless you chose 2 day or overnight. 

How can I track my order?

If you created an account with us, you can find your tracking number listed under "your orders", or look for our email which will include the tracking number once it ships from the warehouse.

What shipping carrier do we use?

Depending on the state, we use Fedex, UPS or Golden State Overnight (GSO)

How long will it take to receive my order?

Ground shipping takes 5-7 business days after leaving the warehouse, unless you chose 2 day or overnight.  Please take note, we don't ship or deliver on weekends and holidays.  So for instance if you place an order on Friday with overnight delivery you'll receive it on Tuesday.  

Do I need to be present to sign for my package?

Yes all alcohol shipments will need to be signed for by a person 21 year of age or older.  We recommend shipping to your business for easy signature and delivery. 

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

What are your hours of operation? 

You can place an order with us every day of the year!  We're typically available to answer your quesitons M-F 9-5 pst and on weekends 12-4 pst. 

What happens if I'm not home to sign for my package or my recipient is not available when you deliver?  

The delivery company will try multiple times to catch you when you're available to sign and may leave a note on your door to call them to reschedule.  If they are unsuccessful they will return the package to us.  We can send the package back out with a delivery fee (same fee as your original order) or we can return the products to stock and give you a refund after a 25% restock fee.  

I created an account but forgot my password.

You can reset your password by navigating to the log in page and clicking the "forgot password" link.  We will send you an email to reset your password.

Can I cancel my order after it's completed?

Sorry but we can't cancel an order once it's been completed.  For a refund, you can refuse the shipment and once we get it back we will refund you minus shipping cost and 25% restock fee. 

I collect rare and discontinued bottles.  Do you sell those? 

Yes we have quite a few old, rare and discontinued bottles.  But please do email us beforehand and make sure we've got the exact one you're looking for as manufacturer's can change bottle designs and we can't return and refund bottles because of the design.
