| The uniqueness of this Champagne lies in the specific environmental conditions, our secret processing methods and also in principally rural, selective and diligent methods. All in all, a secular production process that once belonged only to the masterpieces of human genius, Champagne once again has become a wine and not only a chalice of dreams. Our concept is to propose champagne that reflects the originality of the ? terroir? from where it comes, subject to the varying quality of vintage, with its precise 'tracing? and originality and that comes from the best particles of Champagne, the Grands Crus. Everything runs in few hectares of vineyard situated in the village Le Mesnil Sur-Oger , located in the heart of the Cote des Blancs and classified to 100 % in the rank of Crus and one of the 17 Grands Crus champenois. This village is really a guarantee of quality. The expression of this wine with its dazzling golden hue and filigreed perlage, resonates in the glass like a crystalline and clear laugh, adorned with sumptuous but evanescent green reflections that vanish quickly. Intense, complex and inviting, it requires an irresistible nose, an extraordinary originality and aromatic maturity , composed of yeast and white floral scents, sweet and heady like a ripe fruit with a slight honey essence. The wine fills the mouth with elegance and homogeneity , the body results very fresh, round and balanced, dominated by a creamy and omnipresent effervescence. The purity, the fluidity and the extreme refined taste typical of Chardonnay of noble origin, makes it the perfect wine as aperitif but it can be coupled with seafood and fish.
