Not much is known more than it is bottled at 46% ABV and the bottles will be individually numbered. This year's Chinese New Year's celebration, Year of the Dog, was released in Nov 2017 at an RSP of £175. The Johnnie Walker Blue Label Limited Edition Designs is available in most markets, in contrast to some of the earlier Johnnie Walker releases celebrating the Chinese New Year.
Johnnie Walker will be releasing a Blue Label celebrating the Year of the Pig, 2019. Last time the Chinese celebrated the Year of the Pig was back in 2007. The Chinese years are named after twelve zodiac animals, Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig.
