The Made of California Series embodies our head distiller's ultimate creation: Vodka that is sustainable by nature and exquisite by taste. Fog Point, the first limited edition in this series, is a true expression of California, distilled. Inspired by the Bay Area Fog, we use freshly sourced water from our fog catchers to blend and cut with vodka crafted soley from the distilled wine of California's Pine Ridge Chenin Blanc + Viognier. A rewarding experiment in terroir and sustainability, this unlikely combination yields an extraordinarily crip vodka, with elegant hints of pear, ctirus, and honeysuckle.
