This rare malt is aged for a minimum of 19 years in former Oloroso and Bourbon-seasoned casks then matured for a final 2 years in Madeira casks. Every minute of 21 years of maturation adds to the sweet and intense finish of this beautiful whiskey. Aroma of toffee and dark, bittersweet chocolate. Palate is bursting with raisins, and leads to a long, complex finish marked by mint and fresh licorice.
