Robust and powerful, this outstanding selection combines a touch of the funk rum lovers look for in Jamaican rum with the richness and pleasure that comes from extended aging. The result is a rum lover's dream and the perfect entry point into rum for lovers of bourbon. . Rich ribbons of caramel and toffee are layered with chocolate dipped coconut bars, grilled pineapple and buttery oak in the nose. Spiced rhubarb crumble, vanilla bean, banana peel and cracked pepper on the palate with layers of strawberry jam, brown sugar and oaked fruit. The finish is long and friendly, with tropical fruit well integrated with chocolate covered caramel candy.
