TASTING NOTES. Medium ruby color and a bouquet made up of dark cherries, blackberries, homemade jam, and a touch of vanilla. The wine is medium bodied with a good acidity and an elegant finish. . FOOD PAIRINGS. Enjoy this wine with traditional piedmontese food such as agnolotti, grilled meats, tomato based sauces, and aged cheese. Serve at 16-18°C. 92 points Wine Enthusiast. This classic and value-centric Barbera is pure joy. Fresh and upfront aromas of sour cherries and wild raspberries mix with hints of fresh herbs and warmed earth.
