Cabernet Franc is, today, one of the most vibrant and influential varieties in Argentine viticulture. Hey Franc! It is our fresh and relaxed interpretation of the vine. 50% of the Uco Valley where calcareous soils predominate and 50% of Luján de Cuyo with clay-loam soils. Vineyards that are located between 950 meters above sea level and 1,400 meters above sea level. Vinification is carried out with destemmed bunches. . The grapes arrive naturally by gravity to small concrete vessels, where fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts. Ageing continues in small concrete vessels until the next harvest. . Fresh and expressive profile, with spicy aromas and subtle herbal notes that combine with red fruits. On the palate it shows a lively acidity that provides energy, fine and pleasant tannins, with a juicy and persistent finish.
