This wine is produced from grapes grown in Las Violetas, Canelones, Uruguay by the estate.  The grapes are harvested by hand and after fermentation aged on the lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. . Winemaker's Notes:. White wine aged on lees, aromatic and fresh, with notes of passion fruit and guava, balanced on the palate with marked acidity that makes it an intense and vibrant wine. . Ideal to accompany white meats or salmon with cheeses. Serve at 10ºC.
