Ingredients: Cortese wine from Piemonte, sugar, alcohol, infusion of 46 different roots and herbs (at least 3 Piedmontese ones). . Process: Herbs are infused and put in maceration into hydroalcoholic solutions from 35 to 70 days. The infusion obtained is filtered and kept resting for some days.
