Blend of 2-year-old pot still, unaged pot still, and unaged column still rums blended and bottled at Foursquare Rum Distillery. Unaged Coffey column still rum and aged pot still rum distilled by Foursquare in Saint Philip, Barbadosâ . Unaged pot still rum distilled by Hampden Estate in Trelawny, Jamaicaâ (marque LROK; higher ester marque than used in Probitas White). Notes of rich fig, fresh caramel, brown butter, and vanilla with pineapple, orange peel, coconut, overripe banana, and subtle grass clippings. Colored with caramelized sugar produced by Foursquare. Non-chill filtered; 57% ABV
