This wine is intended to drink now, but with proper cellaring, it is expected to drink well for the next two to four years. . Winemaker's Notes:. Based in Petit Manseng, our 2024 Five Forks blend features the depth of aroma and texture that are inherent to this unique variety. The aromatics are generous, and as the wine changes temperature in your glass, you will find the dynamic profile evolving from pineapple, ripe citrus, and tropical fruits to stone fruits and lime leaf, accented with a touch of minerality. The freshness of the 2024 Five Forks is accented by notes of herbal notes, with orange blossom honey, and passionfruit. The palate showcases very bright acidity with a layered phenolic texture and a clean finish.
