Labelled as a Rose and made from a blend of Criolla Grande, Criolla Chiaca and Pais; this wine is more inspired by the Cerasuolo wines of Italy; a liminal space between rose and red, which can take a chill and act as either. . Made with spontaneous fermentation/native yeast. Â This wine shows a bright purple color, aromas of spiced black cherry with a grainy, slightly drying tannic finish. This is much less fruity than most Mendoza red wines. Â It shows hints of vanilla and cherrywood bark in the mouth, but did not see any oak its maturation.
