From a tiny winery in Falset that makes only 7-8,000 bottles per year.  This is a blend of 40% Syrah, 40% Garnacha and 20% Carinena, fermented and aged only in stainless steel tanks, no oak.  The resulting wine is pure, floral, and juicy with deep undercurrent of dark cocoa.  The texture is fine-grained and honest, with a food friendly snap.  Perfect for grilled foods from pulpo gallego, to chicken or red meats.
