Â The vineyard is located in the Coteaux Varois en Provence sub-region of Provence which is inland from the coast, and consequently cooler with later harvest dates and more freshness in the finished wine. Â This offers aromas of bright brambly fruits with ripe plums with a subtle resinous herbal undertone. Â This was aged all in stainless steel tanks wihtout any oak. Â Tannins are open textured and approachable. Â Try this with grilled lamb or bouillabaisse.
