Each vine is harvested in order to reach a perfect maturation. Fermentation occurs separately for each grape variety, part in temperature controlled (max 18ËC) stainless-steel vats and part in Allier oak barriques. The long contact with fine lees allows to produce a wine with great extract and aromatic complexity. . 91 points Vinous Media. A pretty blend of lemon sorbet and mint comes together with cooling smoke and candied lime as the 2022 Eclisse blossoms in the glass. This is softly textured with a core of stimulating acidity and tart citrus, adding a lovely contrast. Chamomile traces form toward the close. It finishes with a tart tinge and salty mineral flourish as spice notes slowly fade. The Eclisse is a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Picolit. - Eric Guido on December 2023
