Broad, mouth filling flavor, fine mousse, lovely acidity and barely perceptible sweetness in the long, savory finish. The quality is created by storage up to three years on lees after the secondary fermentation. . Traditional, Whole bunch press and natural fermentation. Malolactique fermentation. Lies contact during 7 months in tank. Blended with 10% reserve wine. 18 to 30 months aging in bottle. 33% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Gris and 1% Pinot Blanc
