Our 2021 Viognier is another classic example of a Keswick Valley Viognier. Â The varietal correctness shines through with the legendary aroma of grilled peaches, with a hint of honeysuckle. On the palate, apricot and white blossoms wrap around the wonderful structure and fresh finish. Â Fermented in 25% Acacia barrels this medium bodied, yet lively wine finishes relatively soft on the palate. Â As the wine ages it will lose acidity slightly and begin to show more richness and depth in mouth feel. Â Peak for this wine is within 3-7 years from vintage.
