Distiller's Notes:. As the name suggests, this flavour is where our humble journey began - the botanical diversity of fynbos, which gives SA gin true expression. Apart from the lovely floral flavour you'd expect from a quality gin, there's a rare, uniquely Sugarbird citrus twang along with a hint of Cape Fynbos, for which Sugarbird is now famous. . The smoothness of this fynbos gin goes superbly with chicken dishes and/or soft white meat. Especially refreshing when served with a pizza or homemade pasta during the long summer evenings.
