Winemaker's Notes:. A dry white wine with a very intense nose. Our Riesling is remarkable for its very fruity aromas of peach, candied citrus fruits as well as small delicate notes of minerality. It is lively on the palate and possesses all that you would expect of this vintage and terroir. It also has long-lasting longevity, which makes it an excellent vin de garde. . Our Riesling goes well with shellfish, fish (grilled, baked or in a buttery or creamy sauce). It can also be served with pike perch, monkfish, scallops and frogsâ legs. It can also be served alongside cold starters and poultry cooked in sauce.
