This maguey grows on roadsides and on hillsides. A mezcal of high organoleptic and sensory complexity, with robust and strong notes on the palate, in it we can appreciate flavors of butter, green apple, almonds, walnuts, Iberian ham, quince, olive oil, and with an incomparable herbal flavor, with mineral touches, and sweetness that transports sewn agave stalk, wood, resin and endowed with a dense body and strong personality.
