The 2015 is going to need a few years to shed some of its formidable tannin, but it is likely to always remain dense and a bit monolithic. A rush of red cherry, pomegranate, raspberry jam, rose petal and spice build as this unctuous, full-bodied Barbaresco shows off its personality.
