This wine is made from vines planted between 1960 and 1980. Trained in the traditional guyot system, there are 4500 vines per hectare yielding between 90 and 95 (quintali / 100kg) annually. After soft pneumatic pressing, it is aged for 6 months in temperature controlled steel casks and bottle aged for an additional 3 to 4 months prior to release. It is straw yellow in color with a floral nose and bright vegetation. On the palate the wine is crisp with citrus and white flower notes. Clean finish. . Winemaker's Notes
