1420 BBN Most people would simply call this bourbon. Unless of course youre the Federal Government. The governments definition of a bourbon is, in part, a mashbill (thats a whiskeys recipe) that is at least 51% corn, plus other grains. Traditionally the other grains are barley, wheat and rye. Were a little untraditional around here. We added hemp seed to our mashbill. Alongside the 75% corn and 15% rye, the 10% milled hemp seed offers up nutty-flavor characteristics you wont find anywhere else. Since we technically cannot call it a bourbon, we call it a Spirit distilled from grains and hemp seed.
