Gran Centenario Cristalino is made from 100% blue Weber agave grown primarily in the Jalisco Highlands, using agave aged a minimum of 5. 5 years. The agave is slow-cooked in masonry ovens, milled, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and double-distilled in copper pot stills before being aged 1624 months in medium-char American oak barrels. To finish, the tequila is aged an additional 24 months in Calvados barrels and undergoes charcoal filtration with Mexican silver for a smooth, refined character. (ABV 40% 80 proof).
