Artemis is the estate's approachable flagship Cab, blending fruit from the Stags Leap District with sourced Napa lots to showcase the region's signature balance of ripe fruit, structured tannin, and food-forward acidity. On the palate, the 2022 vintage leads with ripe black cherry, blackcurrant, and black plum, layered with baking spice, dark chocolate, toasted cedar, and a finely grained oak structure from extended French oak maturation. The tannins are firm but polished; the acidity keeps the fruit bright; the finish is long and savory, carrying dried herb and a soft graphite note.
