Very limited production: approximately 350-400 bottles/year. 16-24 months in new French oak from Nevers and Limousin. Soft, gentle, lingering finish. Beautifully mature, with plenty of rich flavor and a very long finish. Herbal, mocha coffee and cacao nose with brazil nutty oak and faint wafts of smoke. Sweet delicately smoked palate with great balance between oak influence and vegetal agave. Dark chocolate and cedar wood finish with lingering delicately oaky smoke.
