The wine was whole bunch, lightly stomped, gently handled, into old puncheons for native ferment and ten months' rest. Immensely powerful, yet finessed, with medicinal raspberry, cracked nutmeg, and waves of fine black pepper woven through the brooding wild cherry and raspberry.
