After it's fully matured, our Straight Rye Whiskey is finished in a second, custom toasted new oak barrel, where its left to develop even more sweet oak flavor. The finished product is a 94 proof Straight Rye Whiskey with a balanced layer of sweet oak. To fully enjoy its sweet oak complexities and long, smooth finish, it is recommended to sip Toasted Rye neat.
