Over a number of growing seasons, we developed our own unique varietal of corn, and baptized it "Baby Jane. Baby Jane has an extraordinary depth of color, with savory notes from Bloody Butcher, sweeter notes from Wapsie and a remarkable vegetal complexity that is unique.
