The Gem of Kentucky is the premiere offering from 2XO. It is our single-barrel series, meaning these barrels are not blended before bottling. The barrels are exclusively selected by Dixon from double-barreled stocks of the high rye bourbon mash bill (35% rye) and spend an extended amount of time in new charred oak barrels before bottling. The char levels provide additional complexity, character, and flavor, which make each barrel unique. These unique single-barrel releases are identified by the barrel number on the front label of every bottle.
