A rum crafted as an homage to Kinich Ahau, Mayan god of the sun. The name "Cinabrio" was inspired by the color red, which was crafted by the ancient Maya using the mineral Cinabrio (cinnabar).
Age: 12 years.
Aging method: Aged in American Oak. ex-Bourbon barrels.
Tasting notes: Plum, Ripe Starfruit, Caramelized Orange Peel, Guarapo, Pistachio, Toasted Oak.
