Located on the outskirts of Newburgh in Fife, the Lindores Abbey Distillery was relaunched in 2017 by Drew and Helen McKenzie Smith. This particular expression was matured exclusively in shaved, toasted and re-charred [STR] red wine barriques from Spain. The nose is dominated by red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, whereas the palate brings out chocolate notes and hints of mint.
