Made with a blend of Jamaican rums from two distilleries (Clarendon & Worthy Park), this blend highlights Pot still rums so representative of the Jamaican style. Their aromas are more “funky” and sometimes closer to rhum agricole. Nose: A mix of fresh banana, elderflowers, chamomile, dried apricot and mirabelle plum. Palate: Fruit eaux de vies, with apricot and raisin notes. Finish: Very fresh and elegant, well-balanced dryness, with toasted bread flavours and honey.
