One of only 285 bottles, this Single Malt from Jura was allowed to mature for 12 years in a single refill hogshead cask. The nose reveals a moreish, sweet, brown sugar and butterscotch style. The palate reflects the nose but with more depth – anticipate buttered brown bread with thick, creamy honey and toasted oak. The lively finish lingers with a touch of baking spice, juicy barley and buttercream icing.
