Initially matured first in American oak casks, This Single Malt goes through an additional finishing in Chardonnay white wine casks. These casks layer tropical fruit and warm spice, culminating into a sweetly approachable dram with notes of key lime pie and cinnamon sugar. Nose: Spicy apple and pear, and the aforementioned key lime pie and cinnamon sugar. Taste: Caramelised tropical fruits, hints of freshly ground pepper and sweet vanilla. Finish: Tropical fruit and nutty vanilla flavours combine to deliver a finish which is both intense and warm.
