Nose: Damp bonfire embers, charred oak, bbq’d mango and a hint of liquorice. Palate: Lightly toasted barley, Scottish sea salt and citrus fruits with a pistachio shell quality. Finish: Medium-long with home-baking, fresh sponge cake, sweet pear and stewed strawberries.
