Part of the Signatory Cask Strength Collection, The Single Malt was distilled at Glen Keith in 1997. Matured in Hogshead casks for 23 years, only 513 cask strength bottlings were produced in this batch. Nose: Very fresh and young on the nose, considering the age of this Whisky. Soft floral notes with a hint of citrus. Palate: An initial hit of sweet cereals and fruit floods the palate, akin to granola. This mellows into a gentle vanilla. Finish: The freshness returns as green apple with bread-like undertones.
