| The walled vineyard of the ”Trois Versants”is particulary well-orientated : the grape maturation is ideal. About a third of this production is vinified in oak barrels, whose wood come from our estate and which are made by a cooper in Saint-Fiacre. This typical ”cuvee” has not undergone any racking in order to protect aromas and fineness. The bottling is made on lees of vinification, directly from the barrel to the bottle. By safeguarding this traditional method, the wine gains a good persitancy in mouth, sign of a great Muscadet. With such a wine, the best tables will have a place of honour. This well-balanced wine can ideally be served with the finest dishes. Served at 10°C, it highlights fish cooked in a sauce such as salmon or hake and white meat. |
