A Cabernet Sauvignon from Maipo that spent 16 months in French barrels, one-third of them new. Cherry red in color. The fragrant nose includes herbs, mint and menthol with fresh black currant. Very classic in style but restrained on the palate, delivering fine, polished tannins, just the right acidity and a finish with a hint of pyrazine. A delicate wine with a notably intense aftertaste. This is the ideal Chilean Cabernet. (Joaquín Hidalgo)
Beautiful ruby red color. Elegant nose: black fruits like cassis, black cherry and plum. The palate shows good acidity and balance, ripe and soft tannins, floral and spicy notes with a long finish. Pairs well with BBQ pork ribs, Asian stir-fry and roasted vegetables
