Wine maker notes Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is only produced in exceptional vintages. It is made with selected grapes and is aged for two years in barrels, subsequently released on the market six years after the harvest. Intense and bright ruby red with garnet highlights, it expresses the typical aromas of violets and small red berries, followed by spicy nuances of walnut husk. The wine has a deeply-woven, robust texture with a persistent finish and well-rounded tannins.
