Fermented and matured in stainless steel for the first six months, before transferring to barriques for a further 12 months. A distinct red fruit and cream nose is followed in the mouth by soft, rich and creamy flavor of spicy red fruits backed by plum and blackberry. The chalky tannins provide structure. Ruby red color with violet hints. Intense and complex bouquet on the nose with notes of dark fruit such as currants and blackberries and subtle hints of chocolate and mint. Excellent structure; rich and well-balanced sip with sweet tannins and a long fresh and fruity finish.
