It all starts with the highest-grade sugarcane, hand cut at peak maturity and pressed within 24 hours to capture the fullest flavor. The only other ingredients are locally-sourced filtered spring water and micro-flora from the hills of Minas Gerais to seal the true taste of the Brazilian terroir in every bottle. Five hundred years of history are harnessed through a fully artisanal distillation method in vintage wood-burning copper alembic stills. Toco Cachaça is then aged for three years in Oak and Jequitibá barrels for the smoothest caramelized finish.
