Wine maker notes This Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from a single vine right in the backyard of the winery which is at 1060 meters above sea level. It has been aged 26 months in French oak barrels. It is full bodied, velvety, awesomeness in a bottle. It has beautiful, well defined tannins and a lingering long finish. Great with steak dinner.
