Wine maker notes Vineyard : The name of this unusual Bourgogne PinotNoir refers to the latitude of Burgundy, and it is a blend of our best Bourgogne with villages grapes coming from Hautes Cote de Nuits, Marsannay, Pernand Vergelesses and Beaune 1er Cru Teurons
Producer A native of Montreal and an adventurer at heart, Pascal Marchand has had an illustrious career in the wine industry, including significant tenures in Burgundy - first at Domaine du Comte Armand in Pommard and later with the Boisset family, where he launched Domaine de la Vougeraie. Pascal subsequently developed numerous working relationships in Beaujolais, Minervois, California, Canada, South America and Australia, adding to his resume and establishing himself independently as a winemaker and consultant. In 2006, Pascal launched his own Burgundian micro-negotiant business. The production has been marketed under Marchand-Tawse since Pascal formed a partnership with his long-time fellow Canadian friend, Morey Tawse.
