Recipe The Jim Beam Orleans Ingredients 2 parts Jim Beam® Rye Whiskey 1/2 part simple syrup 2 dashes of Angostura® Bitters Absinthe Lemon twist Preparation Give chilled glass an absinthe rinse and set aside. Stir other ingredients in a mixing glass, strain into the chilled glass and garnish. Squeeze the lemon twist over the drink to release its essences, but do not drop the twist into the glass itself. Serve neat.
