Start with a chilled highball glass and fill it with ice cubes. Pour 50ml of Langley’s® No. 8 over the ice and listen to the crack, then top up with fresh, fizzing, sparkling tonic. Take a wedge of lime, gently squeeze a little of its juice into the glass then drop the whole wedge in. One final stir and you have the definitive G&T. Savour and enjoy!
