Producer In 1811 John and Helen Cumming sited their first still at Cardow Farm on the Mannoch Hill, high above the River Spey, where spring water, naturally softened by a layer of peat, bubbled from the ground. It was to be the perfect spot for their farm, and a distillery that would stand the test of time.
