Nose: Barley malt, vanilla pods, quite grassy and floral, Parma violets Palate: Balanced sweetness, hints of charcoal and hay, more syrupy barley, roasted nuts, a little citric Finish: Maltiness persists, eucalyptus, off dry with a touch of nougat amongst the citrus in the aftertaste
